Your satisfaction is important to us. Please promptly inspect your purchase from us. If for any reason the order you receive does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase in full (excluding shipping) if you follow these procedures:
· E-mail or call us within 7 days of receiving your package.
· Receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from us.
· Include a copy of the Packing List for our reference.
· Securely package the return in its original packaging.
· Shipping is your responsibility. Insure the package for the full merchandise amount. You may want to consider UPS ground which provides tracking information on packages under $100.00. For a minor additional amount you can add additional coverage.
· Don’t delay your return. Returns must be received within 30 days for a full product refund (less shipping costs) or 60 days for a merchandise credit.
Following these procedures can assure a smooth return process. We have discovered, that after speaking with customers who planned to return an item, we are often able to resolve the problem regarding the return, eliminating the inconvenience and cost of returning the item for the customer. This is the reason we require you to call us for an RA#prior to any return.
Please note that credits to your credit card may take up to 3 weeks to show up in your account.
If your package was damaged during shipping, please call the carrier immediately. Please save all the original packaging material until after the carrier has had the opportunity to inspect the packaging. Then, file a claim with the carrier. We take extreme care to package our items so they will arrive safely and undamaged but occasionally, something beyond our control happens. Since we carefully inspect our products for damage prior to shipping we regret that we will be unable to credit your account for any return that we receive where the product(s) are in damaged condition and/or the item(s) are not in resalable condition.
